Yes 2003, my first year and I will never forget the sound of Dago on that Qual. run. I have never heard anything like it and to be honest haven't heard it since. That plane was honkin'.

Not sure but I have it written down in my notes if I can find it. They reminded me so much of my dad and his B-24 buddies. What a heritage!

Thanks! That was probably me who wrote that. I love Air Race people pictures, ALMOST as must as airplane pics. I think the line blurs at some point, because of how we personify the planes themselves.
