We are in the final stages of resolving the issues with the forums move to the new location. After talking with tech support, the only solution was to send him a copy of all the images. This will take time - but we know the fix SO it's only a matter of time now.

Re: any body know this guy?
There is a great scene in "Never Cry Wolf" where the Beaver they are flying quits. The pilot says "here hold the wheel" and climbs out on the gear leg, clears a fuel line, climbs back in and restarts. Great stuff.
I had an uncle that used to run his tanks dry on cross country's to get every last drop out of them. Even rocked the wings a little when pressure started to drop. I was only with him once when he had it quit.
He flew B-25's out of Italy in WW2 and every airliner till the late 70's without a single incident. Sometimes I wonder how...

Re: any body know this guy?
I first learned to "prop" our Mooney Mite when I was about 9 or 10 years old. Stand on right hand side in front of the wing, reach in and turn the key on (prime if required) adjust the throttle, lean forward while holding onto the canopy rail and pull down on the prop.
She would not start rolling if the throttle was set right and if problems arose, you jumped up on the wing walk and climbed into the cockpit and applied the brakes.
Didn't all kids learn this?

Naw, it's in Never Cry Wolf. Brian Dennehy (sp) is the pilot.
