These photos were taken at Wright Field in 1944, as part of the evaluation of foreign aircraft. They do provide a wonderful "what if" scenario. Enjoy

I have read where Kurt Tank has advocated putting a FW190 on the course at reno!
One thing I noticed in the pictures. Look at the attitude of the 109 relative to the other planes. In all the pictures it looks to be flying with a slight nose down attitude. Is this just a camera illusion or did the 109 have more positive incidence in the wing and therfore fly with a more pronounced nose down stance compared to the other aircraft?
