I think at Reno this year, I'm only going to attempt to get ONE SHOT...and one shot only. And if I get it, it will truly be legendary.
Thanks to a comment on one of these threads a couple days ago, I think I'm going to go buy a handful of disposable cameras. Not even the 'expensive' Kodak or Fuji ones...but the cheap drugstore generic kind.
Then I'm going to get Neal, Vic, Tim, and a bunch of the other guys who think that 'size matters' when it comes to camera lenses....and I'm going to line them up out at pylon 8, give them each a disposable, and make them shoot an entire race JUST with that camera. And while they're doing that, I'm going to take a picture of the great photogs using these cameras...hopefully include them, the cameras, a pylon, and at least two planes in the frame.
It'll be an instand classic.
And then we should have a 'photo contest' amongst everyone who had the disposables....scan and post them on AAFO for the masses to judge.
