I know how I'd look. I've met many of the posters here and am trying REAL hard not to create mental pictures. Whimsical is the LAST word I'd use. Most of my reactions would start out with HOLY *&%$!

All the upper floor rooms would rent for 10 times what they do now, but you could recoup your costs by letting fans rent window space by the lap...

RNO is not too far away and there are plenty of surface streets to land on. There is also a couple of rooftops that a good pilot could dead stick to.
