Riff Raff is listed for sale on Courtesy. Asking price 750k. Anyone know why and if they're looking to sell only to someone who will race it?

Anybody know who bought Steve Patterson's Sea Fury. It was listed as sale pending a couple of weeks ago, now it is listed as sold.
