Neal, looks like Ray Sherwood's airplane he was selling a little while ago, and yeah it's a Wilson wing.
Don't know the new owner, yet...

It is the Cassutt Ray was selling, but owned and built by Terry Allen in OKC. Stock Cassutt with a Wilson wing. My company, Premier Jet Aviation, owns both - we also own the former "Cool Runnings" #99 raced most recently by Dave Morss. That is the aircraft we are prepping for September.
This racer was designed over 20 years ago by Robbie Grove. It's always been a very fast qualifier but less successful in actual races. Steve flew it a lot at PRS -- I think he wants to go faster...
An interesting comparison to the midwing Cassutts and Shoestrings, which have the cowling cheeks faired into a mid wing -- a low wing airplane changes this, and makes for interesting shapes.
Race5-
I know the Kelly design well, it sounded like you were getting them confused with Grove's.
FYI there is a gentleman doing an overhaul on one, that will hopefully race soon.
