Not gonna donate any ching ching, cause I gotta save for adult beverages at the camp ground . What I will offer is any assistance you might need while in Reno (if we have time). I’m sure Critical Chris aka Dialtapper would agree. I don’t think super Dave (Cornell) would have any problem you coming into our hangar and using any of our equipment or tools. It’s hard enough just getting to Reno, staying until Sunday is a whole different story.
Once again Wayne you show your compassion for the Air Racers who a lot of time won't really come out & ask for donations. A cool one at the "Warlock" pit is due.
OK Race fans, things are looking good on the race prop. Wayne Johnson of Aero Union Corporation Propeller Services says that he and the boys are really making progress on this project. We have decided to go with some different blades as the ones I had supplied were not the best we could do. We changed the shape of the tips as well on advice from the pro's. Aero Union will obviously be THE major player in warbird propellers from here on out. Thank you to them and all the people who have offered thier support to get this thing going.
I hope this sheds some light on how much of the racing is done prior to ever getting to race week. We literally started prepping the airplane the night it was pushed back into the hangar last year after the races, we have not stopped and not many days have not seen 8 or more hours of work performed on it. The race event is where we go to relax and appreciate all of the work we have put into this little green machine. Are we having fun yet? I know I am.
Will

Team Steadfast is indebted to the "Old" Rear Bear team helping out last year.
The New Rare Bear team should be able to help out this year. After next week we might be down to painting support equipment.
