That jet in the middle has its speed brakes on, was it preping to land or sandbagging?

b-52 and snoopy I went into the ground in 2003 [wind shere] durning
gold race,reminder the dust?
before that it was b-52 and the rubber chicken flying from 1976 to when the barbed wire fence was thorn down,
the b-52 did not make it that year but the rubber chicken did!
he is retired and hangs from my awaning,keeping a eye on snoopy and
