Seems like this is usually the case. RARA says that it'll provide quick updates, people are good about posting results early in the week, but Saturday and especially Sunday takes a few days because everybody that is there is celebrating

Less partying, more updating! /cracks whip

I would love to see the little big engine Yak win, and this would be a fitting year for it. I don't wish the bigger guys any harm at all, but if they break or have any glitches race #86 would be the one I want taking the checkers. Next year I've got to go with the Ghost in a big battle with September Fury and the Bear with maybe even a returning Dago, and a finally finished Matt Jackson custom built thrown in for the ultimate race.

It'd be great to see the reaction from those fans that are newbies and trying to go with a "safe bet" pick for the races and know like one or two top contender planes, don't even know who the pilot is. Can you imagine? It'd be like "what plane won? What kind of a plane is that? They were going how fast?"

Seasoned race fan: "not only are the rudder pedals made out of a road sign, but when they were putting it together they were hard up for parts so they used cut down Huey rotors for the prop! No lie, I Swear!"

The result that had it

Had it as right as I could tell from 8...

Bear chasing gremlins, crew working HARD.. when I left this evening, cowl open on Sept Fury, lights on, crew on it..

No word on Strega other than someone said "she blew" did not get by pit to confirm..

We'll do our best to keep up but, as with year's past, we can't afford to hire staff to transcribe reports..

We're barely able to get images shot during the day downloaded and get sleep so we can do it again next AM..
