We are in the final stages of resolving the issues with the forums move to the new location. After talking with tech support, the only solution was to send him a copy of all the images. This will take time - but we know the fix SO it's only a matter of time now.

    Reno Races Event Program Collection Value

    Is there a collectors market out there for the event programs? My father was given a box of programs from about 25 years worth of the races.

    Years include 66, 67, 70, 71, 72 and many more through the 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's...

    There were also copies of the RGJ Monday edition articles published about the Sunday race results.

    Not really interested in selling them as I have a nice collection of racing literature and these are a welcome addition of research material etc...

    Anyone place a value on something like this?

    You can find programs on ebay fairly often. The late 70's and up sell in the $15 to $40 range. The 60's and early 70's can run $50 and up depending on condition and rarity.

      Reno 64 goes for $90-120+ depending on how crazy people are
      Once a Reno 64 and 65 program lot went for $300 no joke

        I had either a 81 or 82 program signed by Art Scholl (sp?) but cannot find it now, plus I have a 2001 program... That should be worth something, someday, right???

                Nope, I didn't get any 2006 programs even though I was there in 2006.
                I have several new '05 and '07 programs though if anybody is interested.
