The heck with the jet teams. I wanna see John Mohr. He is stick and rudder, old school at it's best. Although I would like to see the F-22 just because I haven't seen it demo yet.

A C-17 demo would steal the show!

Isn't that the Stearman guy? Positively frightening... I love to watch it.

Red Bull has no earthly idea what "air racing" is.

I really do miss the old, slow, graceful airshow demos that I saw in Reno as a kid. Kent Piesch comes the closest, and his routine is fantastic, but I'd really love to see some more classic performers.

How about Bud Granley, T6 show, then T6 gold.
Bud and Ross Granley, dual YAK show, then Sport Gold.
Bud Grnaley, YAK solo show, then Jet Gold.
Bud Granley, Fouga show, then Unlimited Gold.

There, you have four different premier airshow acts performed completely in sight of the crowd, and RARA only has to pay for two hotel rooms. AND...other than the screech of the Fouga taxiing, NO HEARING DAMAGE.

I saw Bud Granley fly at least 4 different planes from props to jets plus in-between give rides in a bi-plane at an open-house at the Olympia Air Museum.Besides doing the acts between races he could also race in all classes. There isn't much he can't do.

While having more fun than anyone legally deserves too, with enough reserve energy to keep going way past the time when most everyone else caves in.
