Even Discovery couldn't keep it's Wings Channel going without morphing it into the Military Channel.

Hopefully everybody will get together to have Nascar like parties to support it. Too bad I will be there and miss it on tv......NOT!!!!

Even though that wasn't that long ago, (the Wings/Military thing) things have changed on cable as far as "documentary channels" go... I don't know *where* the money is coming from, but from the proliferation of "reality" shows out there now, it's coming from somewhere!

This came from a friend that was asked to invest in it. They think it will be up and running in a few weeks.

I'm just across the street in a toy hauler with harley's, honda's, yamaha's and ford pickups....two bbq's and cold beer....oh...did I mention cold beer??? LOL

Last year I looked for forum members to party with, didnt find any. I did meet Leo in the pits, what a great guy btw. He has forgotten more about air racing than I will ever know.
So this year we have to do something, maybe not a full blown party, but a casual bbq with cold beer and a few people?
