Not trying to hijack the thread here, but I see a P-82 every day here in the hangar, and I can tell you that there are very few interchangable parts between it and a "real" Mustang. Oh, and the one here has Merlins on it.

Don't feel like you're the only one! All I shoot is film, been doing it for years. Just old skool I guess! LOL. Minolta Maxxum 5 and 7 and nothing but Fuji 800 film. Everything on my site is shot with that combo. http://www.twracefotos.com Your mentioning Ascot caught my attention! Another great West Coast track that was closed, and now the land just sits there and goes to waste If the powers that be have their way, it looks like the most beautiful track in California (and the oldest, 1937) Calistoga Speedway, might be heading in the same direction..............As far as cleaning and refreshing your camera, Gordon's Photo Service here in Reno does a real nice job, and they're reasonable.http://www.gordonsphotoservice.com Happy shooting........

Staying off the subject a little...here's an old B/W of Mert at ascot...I didn't qualify that night, but my team mate Joey Brown won the Junior national TT.....
