I've seen the installed picture. I didn't save it, though. The Flug Werk "Dora" is Tom Blair's airplane and it's at Stallion 51 with the rest of his impressive warbird fleet. He just added the Lone Star P-38, as well.

In reply to a few questions asked in this thread from my original posting, I went up to the museum and shot these for you. Yes I know I had my white balance off but hey I was in a hurry ! Nose art. Gun location with speed tape and exhaust stack line-up in relation to C/L of spinner on the Dora 9. Rad

This is true. And Steve Hinton just test flew the P-38 last week as well after a long period of maintenance. Now there are a total of 6 P-38's flying in the world.
