'88 was a helluva year for sure. Wednesdays afternoon qualifying session was outrageous 'cause not many had posted a time yet and all were in the air either on the course or circling to drop in. Definitely one of my favorite years and fondest memories.

I think I've watched the Skyfire tape of that year so many times that I've memorized the whole thing...I could probably recreate every word of it verbatim into a tape recorder.

Some are from 1988 and some are later. There is a story behind all. Everyone will recognize the individuals in the shots. Two of the pics are from awards banquet as you can probably tell from the fun food pics Ha!
