The warbird community in general and the Mustang community in particular lost a valuable member today when Dave Griswold passed away due to complications from cancer. Dave was known world wide for his rebuilding of P-51 radiators,as well as being a long time and present member of the Dago Red air race team. The Dago team sends its condolences to his wife Terry,son Ron,and daughter Julie,as well as the guys over at the fighter factory. God's speed Dave . Mike Meek

Knew Dave for a very long time. He has rebuilt the old Harrison rad for Spaknot more than once. Excellent craftsman and a great guy. Didnt know he was sick. Godspeed David....we will miss you.Comment
