Different kind of Air Racing
Hi friends,
the World Gliding Championships in 15 m, 18 m and Open Class just ended.
It took place near Berlin, about 200 mls away from our own homebase.
We had the chance to visit at least for one day. I had only a small pocket
camera with me, but could resist to take some pictures.
Although there were no Merlins, P&Ws or Wrights to please our ears, there
is no doubt, that competition gliding really is a special kind of Air Racing !
