Just got done watchin' the show - Hoot passed up $500K to go for the Million Dollar math question...and LOST! ('OUCH!!!'). Went home w/$25K and had to admit he wasn't smarter than a 5th Grader. But, he had alot of fun working his way up the ladder, and it was really great to see him on TV w/his family. In was indeed a- a real TV 'hoot' to watch!

Bucky - Was channel surfing this evening and caught the show as well. Hoot was playing for the Astronaut Scholarship Fund and did not receive any of the money he won/lost. Imagine the ride home as his wife and former astronaut Dr. Rhea tells him over and over how he should have listened to her and stopped at 500k. Thats the look I saw on his face.
