You see, if he had the RPMs he would have made it over the mountains, the lawyer would tell the jury. Never mind the IMC conditions with a non-instrument rated pilot.Comment

Too bad you are not far off there. I am sure that happens all the time.
Never mind the fact the guy took off from a 9,000 foot density altitude airport with about 500 lbs over gross, he had a prop strike 4 years ago the engine hasnt been right since lol! Boy oh boy...Comment

We have been part of dozens of "shot-gun" lawsuits..........but we have a great lawyer that has never lost for us.
It is part of the job. Doing quality work will save you everytime, but that also includes the manufacturers SLs and SBs.
I have been doing this full time for 25 years. And the 18 years before that were totally involved in aircraft restoring and repair and growing up aviation.Comment
