Plenty of google links and blogs abuzz about Ron Pratte because of his conspicous collecting. Sounds like he's one of the few in the former real estate boom who knew when to get out. Here's a little background discussion on Mr. Pratte -- note the spelling is not the same as in Pratt and Whitney (that's what got me curious)
