Man! Steve's shot of Dago chasing Strega absolutely captures what unlimited air racing is all about. The heat signatures off of Strega, the visible vortices off of Dago's wingtip, and to finish it off, the mountainous background, just screams high speed at low altitude! EXCELLENT action shot Steve! Much better than just another "blue sky" background. Definitely one of the best racing shots i've seen.......

Careful... too much more of that and I won't be able to fit my fat head through my front door.


While I also like the shot... I think I didn't do it a whole lot of justice in my post-production. In the hands of Victor, Tim or any number of other guys here on AAFO, it could have been A LOT better.
