We are in the final stages of resolving the issues with the forums move to the new location. After talking with tech support, the only solution was to send him a copy of all the images. This will take time - but we know the fix SO it's only a matter of time now.

Thanks again for your patience,

The intake looks all wrong for either of those planes.

That is a T-33 that is owned by Kay Eckardt. I believe that he uses it as a spares source for his other two that are flying.

There was an article not to long ago about the Wendover air port in the Salt Lake tribune. Story here http://www.sltrib.com/ci_14675685?IA...www.sltrib.com
            and more here http://www.wendoverairbase.com/

They are restoring the old hangers and have a museum.

            Cool stuff if your intrested.

Also they have an air show in September. More info can be found at the wendoverairbase link above.

(This was as close as I could get to the ac without climbing over the chain-link fence. Plus, we were trying to reach Sparks before dark.)

My inclination is to call it a P-80, noting that the wingtips are lacking the tiptanks or the accommodations for them.

It truly is a T-33. I know the guy that has it and has been moved all over. It was in Blackfoot, ID, Pocatello, ID Brigham City, UT and now in Wendover. There are some T-33's that don't have tip tanks.
