Wasabi Press Release July 8, 2010:
I am sorry to announce that team Wasabi will not be a participant in this year's National Championship Air Races. A very ambitious modification campaign combined with a busy winter at work has placed us in this less than ideal position. While we could very easily have returned to Reno, unmodded from our 2009 configuration, I have decided that would not represent our goals or the goals of our sponsors. While we don't look forward to sitting on the sidelines in 2010, we do look forward to a very fast 2011!
