Hopefully, this isn't the "Final" list of entries. I know there are a few notable teams standing down this year. I am surprised that Daryl and Rod's #33 Super Sport isn't listed as well as the turbo diesel Big Frog NXT Kevin was talking about.
You ain't a-kiddin' there's some history bein' made w/those entries!
Re. the P-38s - Now then, would'nt it be totally-cool if all six just came down onto the Unlimited course in a tailchase f/a few demo laps (they'd almost have their own racing class like the good ole' days!)
I just want to be there Sunday (I hope, in the evening) or Monday when all six arrive in formation, fly down the front straight and do a fighter break for landing.
Tell me that won't be THE moment.

The 2010 airshow schedule is also up on the RARA site. No -38's listed I know that not everything is listed in the sched., but if they plan on flying at all it seems a significant omission. Seeing them all together will certainly be worth the trip but I'd give my left foot to seem 'em all flying.

Man, that's the smallest Unlimited entry list I've seen in a long, long time. And from what I'm hearing, there will be some no-shows among that list as well. Can you believe only ONE -3350 powered Sea Fury? Good Lord, when was the last time that happened? A few years back, there were damn near as many super-stocker Sea Furies as Mustangs! But this year, no Argonaut, no Fury, no Spirit of Texas, no Bad Attitude, no Sea Hawk, no Miss Merced, no September Pops, no Southern Cross... WOW! How times have changed!

...just thinking the same things. Only a few years ago we could count on 6-10 R-3350 SF's. About the same time nearly everyone was declaring the end of racing Merlins. Times certainly have changed.
