BUT! A few years ago the weather forecast for race week looked like this....and my brother and I rode our motorcycles from CO to Reno. Monday after the races were over, we woke up to snow on Peavine Mtn. and sleet and temps. in the low 40s! We FROZE for 3 days getting back to CO! Rain, sleet, snow and the temps. didn't get over 40 the whole way back!
Reno weather is very simular to CO weather.....if you don't like the weather....wait 10 minutes, it will change!

Yep...don't think I can argue...I had 84-deg @ 3:45 10-mi east of Reno...light winds....100-mi vis....I'm in Fernley, ( 30-mi-east ) @10:20p.m. @ 68+. Cruisin' to Stead inna a.m. before running out to "Sand Mtn"...to check on hotrod sandrail(s). Airplanes are alot cleaner to work on...but prolly don't accelerate, ( okay jets ) as quick.

Airplanes is more funner too.

Just enjoy...you know you want to.
