This probably goes back to yesterday. Apparently, Focke landed with a wheel locked up or locked it up subsequently. There was a tire out by the rope in the pits that had been completely burned through, looked like it might even have caught fire briefly. They had it jacked up and were working with the brake. Later, they had the wheel back on with a new tire installed. Might have still had a problem there.
