Re: Randy Goss
Tom and all my AAFO friends,
I am actually doing well all things considered.
I had a brain stem stroke on May 5th, and after several months recovery
and therapy I was making great progress untill August 23rd, when I had
open heart surgery with aortic valve replacement.
Spent about a month after surgery in a nursing/rehab facility, thus
missing Reno for the first time since 1971.
Been back home about a month now, with therapy three days a week.
Thanks so much to all of you for the prayers and cards,
I will be back at Reno next year, I was re-elected to the T-6 Board Of Directors for my third three year term.
My plans to race IF1 may be on medical hold, but I still plan on being involved in air racing for many years to come.
Thank you all again, I am very blessed to have so many friends. Randy GossWarlock #75, Steve Ballard, Al "Papa" Goss
RIP 03/17/10

Re: Randy Goss
Randy,
I don't know you but it's very good to see you back. As an outsider I didn't know what happened. You have a lot of very good friends here and you are obviously an important part of this board and the air racing community in general. Better days ahead !
I will make a point of meeting you next year.
I wish you a speedy recovery.

Re: Randy Goss
Like some others here, we've never met however, thru AAFO I've been following the year the Warlock family has had and wish you and yours all the best in a full and speedy recovery!
Certainly very happy to hear from you and looking forward to seeing you in about 46 short weeks!
Keep on Keepin' On!
