  • A True Aviation Innovator...

Check out this video. Talk about determination. As mentioned in the caption, I'd be willing to pony up some $$$ to get this guy to EAA or Reno...if ever anyone deserved it, this fella does.

Why do I suddenly feel like a whinning, spoiled, lazy American?!

Copied directly from Oshkosh365. If this doesn't work, try You Tube or going to Oshkosh365.org and search.

      It's worth the visit.

        Uhm, wow....

(putting on the flame retardant suit now)

I appreciate the dream to fly, but OMG, the execution!

Lucky for the "test pilot" who has never actually flown a plane I think its safe to say I can't see it ever flying unless they taxi/push it off a cliff.

So he spent $6200 US (1/2 million Kenyan shillings according to the video) and spent a year to build something that really doesn't have a chance to fly. Seems like a lot of money in the context of Kenya.

Geez... i dont think it would fly..... to much drag, to heavy for the powerplant to propel if forward with the tiny prop on it, but then thats my opinion and im no engineer....

"It was a good idea....it just didn't work." Perhaps Bob Deirmert could help him get it going?
