    The tow vehicles are really interesting. They must have really slowed down on the upgrades due to the lack of power. I guess they didn't have Ford F350 crew cab, diesel, dually trucks to pull the trailers back then.

    Why is it that the planes don't seem to look different on the outside but the vehicles are totally different than modern vehicles?

      The photo with the large building behind the grandstands was GMs "Fisher Body" Plant where the P75 was built. I was there for the races every year with Jimmy DeSanto who raced in the unlimiteds.
