Pardue's Bearcat

I'm out at Oshkosh and shot some photos of Howard Pardue doing his Bearcat act. It was good to see the F8F back in the air, even better that he's slated to bring it out to Reno again.

Cool Stuff Jeff! I'm jealous... maybe how's the weather? Better than last year? Don't know if you remember but on Sunday, or maybe it was monday, I thought I might have to call 911 until that breeze came up and moved off that awful humid air a bit!

The weather hasn't been too bad. About 80 degrees, but still humid, but not unbearable by any stretch. We had a nearby thunderstorm for a wihle today that gave us a breeze and blocked the sun. Nice for cutting the heat, but the lighting was pretty flat for photos.

I'll start an Oshkosh thread in the image forum and post a few more. Here's one to get you going. Can't you just hear the sound of that Merlin taxiing out?
