So strange not to have even a single Sea Fury in 2010.
There was a time not so very long ago that you couldn't throw a rock on the ramp and not hit a Sea Fury. I thought the races were going to become the "National Sea Fury Air Races", there were so many of them........

No idea on pilot. I am sure he has several guys offering their services. I do know that there is a great deal of money being spent on building an engine, not to have it go. Rare Bear is on track again, so I don't understand the plan B comment. Rod has been a big supporter of the Air Races. Its his goal to keep the field competitive and therefore September Fury is going as far as I know. In my opinion the more the better.
