Phil Fogg

I just heard a news report up here in the Seattle area that a pilot named Phillip Fogg was piloting a floatplane that flipped on landing on a river in Oregon. He was able to get out, but seemed a little embarased. He had left the weels extended.

Does anyone know if that is the same Phil Fogg that raced Formula 1's in Reno back in the 1980's?

Yes, that was the same Phil Fogg.
He still races at Reno, but in the Jet Class.
