Help!

Wayne, I have a small poblem.

I allways listen to my Captain and on his advice we deleted all of the cookies of my lap top. Now when I try to get my e-mail I get this message:



Your request didn't contain the proper session ID cookie -- access denied!
euid=157, egid=12 11, mailgid=12

Now what?

DT.. go into your browser preferences. If it's Explorer, probably "tools/internet options" then clear the cache.. should be labeled "temporary internet files"

Before you do that, try just refreshing the page while holding the control key.

You should be able to access that mail proggy with any computer, but it might be giving you a cookie each time, then if you try to go again with same browser, no cookie... it might get confused...

I will try that and let you know. I can still use it just not from my lap top.
