Here is a bit of a stretch. Had the opportunity to talk about air racing with some people who perhaps would have otherwise not been exposed to it.
The Creators Project is an effort by Vice Magazine and Intel to highlight the new uses of technology. Most of what they cover involves strapping LEDs or LCD screens to something that would interest a teeny bopper, but there is some stuff they have covered that is technically interesting. They were interested in the homebuilt aircraft scene here in Mojave and it provided a chance to mention air racing, Nemesis, Ralph Wise and other such awesome. I doubt anything spectacular will come from it, but perhaps it is of interest to the group, see the article below.
