  • Tuesday was great

I got to shake Bud Anderson's hand, one of my all time heroes. Anything that happens the rest of the week cannot match that.

I love the Bs and the cool factor of Boise Bee is off the chart.

Jimmy was looking good on the course today.

The Blue Angel Bearcat is a beauty.

    Steve Hinton 499.018 3K Tonopah 1979 Steve Hinton 499.160 Reno 2011

It's always nice to see Pete Law in the pits.

The best looking P-51 at Stead today: Tony's N51T, no question.

Am I the only one who knows Sunday's unlimited gold will be a race for second place?

The winner: Strega, of course. Is there any doubt in your mind?

FYI best qualifying time doesn't declare the winner. Matt says he will win and of course Jimmy knows his plane is fast. Sure Strega could win, but so could the Bear, or even Voodoo. You never know til Sunday.

It's nice you have an opinion, too, no problem. You can tell me I was right on Sunday.

Oh I get it, you spelled Furias wrong. It's "F-u-r-i-a-s" not "Strega". Just playing, we will see.

No wonder my mom tells me to use spell check.

The small Thunder Mustang "Blue Thunder II" really rocked today:

Thank you Florian, we try. Today we will see if the cooler door is fixed. Till then, auf wiedersehen.
