public memorial service?

I've heard that there will be a memorial service this afternoon, but I've seen conflicting reports as to whether it is a public or private service. Do anyone know if/when there will be a public service?

This is confirmed. The NTSB has locked down the airport. The proposed service is cancelled. As soon as I hear on a service for Jimmy, I'll post it.
