So Deepsky, you've seen my bug?

The comments on radio, the RGJ, the tube, Facebook, whatever are typical. Instant experts wanting to up their comment count. He!!, we are sometimes guilty of it here.
If you read through a few pages or listen long enough you will find that sooner or later most comments degrade into religion and politics, followed by name calling. Few if any have any connection to the subject they are commenting on and eventually it shows. problem is that in this day of 15 second attention spans nobody takes the time to see that.

I too am disgusted at the call for cancellation of the air races due to the danger to the spectators. I googled spectator deaths during NASCAR events and found a couple of different sites that said there were
over 220 deaths of drivers/spectators since the mid 90's. I believe the spectator toll was around 22 or 23.
I wonder why no one ever called for the cancellation of all NASCAR type of events?

FAA contact for Reno Field Service District Office

Sheila Danish (on FB) posted this link. I thought it would be a good idea to repost here so all of us can make our feelings known to the FAA. Perhaps a collection of email addresses / contact forms can be placed in a central location (ie "sticky thread") or something.

I hope to be back in 2012.
