Due to circumstances beyond my control.... I didn't manage to thank Embdad, one of the Voodoo sponsors (THANKS DAN!) who donated, I think, it's 50 AAFO.COM hats at Reno for the "unofficial fund raiser"... as events unfolded.. somehow, nobody actually raised the AAFOBQ banner this year, so... as far as I know, there was none planned.
In retrospect, I really wish, now, that there had been one! Friday night would have not have been fun, but it might have done all of us some good.
Back on topic... I came back to the beach, buried my head, lived through the nasty cold/flu that I managed to get between Friday and Wednesday, when I got home.. and I managed I totally forgot the great hats that Dan donated! Went out to do some work on my truck and there they were in the back!
I didn't get pictures yet but will..
I'd love to just give'm away to the loyal but I'm sure you'll understand our needs to fund the server and nobody will mind buying one... (right??)
I'll get pix tomorrow, but what do ya think a one of a kind run of 2011 AAFO Hangar talk hat, made by Voodoo Sponsor Crystal Graphics, is worth?
I don't know best method to ship hats, I've always shipped calendars and they usually go out "media mail" which is usually just as fast as the rest but a LOT less..
