Thats new color works well with that plane. Instantly makes her look faster.

I love the nose art, have a weakness for babes in red and theres too alot of nice "details" :-)

The name & art reminds me off a song by Bobby Bare "Tequila Sheila", quite fitting I must say.

He's done alot of nice extras like chromed gun ports.

Their tow tug w/small block V8 is classic.

So far he only has two Tigercats. This one used to be "Big Bossman"
Always had the chrome gunports since its first restoration by Darrell Skurich for the Lonestar Flight Museum.

You won't find the chrome gun ports when she is ready to race, they are replaced by gray panels. I wonder where I could apply for that job?

Was just a little miffed last year when she went from "Big Bossman" to "El Jeffe", but am REALLY digging what Rod did this year! Love the silver, and Love the "La Petrona" nose art! can't wait to see her again next year! (maybe I can get my picture on the wing of her like I did my Bear this year!)

My fav plane on the ramp! Not the FASTEST plane there, but certainly the most beautiful (as in regal/stately/elegant)...and that sound!!

They took them off and installed the cover panels Friday.

Took my wife last year to the races, and of all the planes there, her favorites by far were the big Tigercats. She just fell in love with their grace, and of course, the sound. What a sweet note both those engines make together!

Although I have to say I liked the deep, dark color scheme better, I am not disappointed in the way it looks in silver.

I liked Black, did a sketch with "El Effe" in the cockpit but thru it in the Brietling coach after the accident. Thanks, KC
