Heh-heh. The only way you can prevent people from EVER being hurt accidentally is to wrap them in several layers of shipping bubble-pack and duct tape and stick them in a bomb shelter somewhere. Even then someone, somewhere will find a way.

Even with the best of planning, accidents WILL happen. That's life. You can REDUCE 'em, but nobody will ever eliminate 'em.
