I called them last month (October), as I had to turn in my 2012 vacation request, and asked them. The lady on the other end of the phone had no hesitations on giving me the date. I told her why I needed it and that I was sorry if everything was still "too fresh" to ask, she said "no problem, it's Sept 12-16"
