CAF Airshow ??

Just curious what the CAF airshow at Midland TX is like? Is it worth seeing? Won't make it this year, but thinking of going in Oct 2013. Looks like it's the week after the start of the ballon festivel in NM.
Any info about the CAF airshow is appreciated. One last question, anywhere to camp in my motorhome on the airport grounds there?

I would say the CAF airsho is one to see. I haven't been since 2001, but it is an awesome airshow with all the heavy iron, and with Fifi flying again even better. As far as camping on site, you may want to check there website. I know there used to be a Koa campsite across the highway and a great little bar called the Bluemax (but I believe that is gone now). Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Hope this helps.

Good show blastards are the best, lots of big iron , I live in midland so I'll tell you its alot of pretty good people with a few assholes mixed in for good measure, and plenty of camping space no hook ups
