Best thinkable MPG !?

I think since Burt Rutan and Vari Ez got PMPG already into 140 in 1975 and Pipistrel G4 folks into 388 PMPG 2011...

Would it not be plausible to assume at least 4 times better in the year 2018 ?

I tuned a bit my 2 engine passenger design to work with muscle power, solar power and small sustainer egine alone to get a best thinkable ( to me ) mileage.

Stemme does pretty good even without an engine; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:St...233100789).jpg

With 1:50 glideratio and using power just a tad more to fight the prop drag you can do far with just a cup of fuel.

That is pretty cool...I just wonder why 4 pods and fuselage..less drag with just one "pod" like in a Stemme.

Could it be weight distribution ?
