David Goss

Hey, I just wanted to toss out a heads-up to the air racing community. David Goss, son of the late Al Goss, had organ transplant surgery last night. I just talked to brother Randy and he says David is currently sleeping but in pain. He has an unknown hand tremor coming out of the operation, but is otherwise alive and has a sense of humor intact.

Please keep him in your thoughts...the Goss family has had a lot of tragedy over the last couple of years.

*Forgot to add....two kidneys and a pancreas. I had several people ask and realize I had forgotten.

David is up and walking today, a little slow but the healing seems to be going well so far. Thanks for all the well wishes.

Latest update as of yesterday is that David is up and walking and so far taking the transplants well.

The answer is "NO" but I think it is just because they were bad shots. Got to lead the bird before you pull. But thanks Wayne, a great compliment. David: one step at a time and you will be OK. Please say "Hello to your brother for me.

I got a message from Randy Goss this morning. David took a bad downturn and the situation is serious right now.

Please keep the entire Goss family in your thoughts as they struggle through this.
