I just received my personalized invitation from 3D Entertainment Distribution to an invitation only special screening at Esquire IMAX Theater, 1211 K Street, Sacamento on Wednesday, Sept 12 from 8pm to 9pm with the director, Christian Fry in addendance....nanner-nanner-nanner! But, I'd betcha' there will still be tickets available, SOOOOO00000 . . . I wouldn't dally-'round too long, boyz 'n girlz....get em while they last . . .

Yessireee....logistics is gonna be a b*tch, but I'll be on the ramp bright-eyed and bushy tailed first thing Thursday mornin'!!!! Aaaah...alright, I'll probably be draggin' "it" in the mud (errrr...SpeedDry, AeroShell, beer, and God knows what else that's on that tarmac) in the mornin', but it'll be worth it. Please tell me it'll be worth it?!?!?!

Just because I know lots of people concerned about the film screening in Sac the middle of race week. I wrote the distributor and received this email this morning:

Dear Sandra,

Thank you very much for contacting us.

It is our pleasure to inform you that our company is currently in
discussions with Century Theatres regarding the release of our
film "Air Racers 3D" in Reno from September 7-20th.

As soon as this agreement has been confirmed with our partner,
we will be sure to notify you.

Wow! Sandra you rock!! I was really on the fence about this, because I REALLY want to see this movie, but didn't know if I wanted to drive back to Sac from Reno to see it. Who am I kidding, I probably would have driven back! But this makes it so much better! Hopefully they can make the change! Thank you Sandra!!

On a side note: My band played in the club across the walkway a couple weeks ago, so I sauntered over (I really don't know how to "saunter") I schlep'd over and asked the girl at the window of the Esquire IMAX theater if they were ever going to show the movie. She said that if they haven't so far, they probably wouldn't show it. I got my e-mail just a couple days later! I went from bad mood to good mood pretty ricky tick!!
