Re: So What about the Bear?
AAHHHHHHH!!! SHOCK COOLING!!! That helps big time Dialtapper!!!
Thank you Sir! Assuming I pass my FAA written, oral, and practical knowledge tests, I'm about to be a new A&P mech, so every single chance I get to learn from examples of engine deconstruction causes and effects, I can't help but grab on to them and soak up the details; So that at some point before I die, I can look back and say: "I worked my brain harder than the mechanics around me, to try to be good at diagnostics".
That said, now I'm curious whether poor Bear's E. valve seats just
a)warped, b)warped and cracked, or c)warped, cracked, shattered, and took the valves, pistons and cyl. liners along for the wretched ride.......
All the best to you and yours,
Chuck
