where to meet everybody

Got my tickets. This will be the first time back since 2002 my dad (who shot these movies from the 60s http://www.aafo.com/hangartalk/showthread.php?t=9888) and younger brother (his first time) are coming. Where do I get to meet up with everyone, we will be there Thurs. - Sun. flying in Wed. night. Does anyone know if either f2g will be at Reno my Dad was at the Cleveland air races when he was little and was hoping to see some of the planes that he saw when he was little rounding the pylons. The Ghost would have been one of them. Hoping to meet all of you!!!!! Thanks
