I wonder how the cutting of flight hours is going to affect safety, with less currency training, etc.
Is the hourly cost of maintenance a constant? In my limited experience some costs (time limited items) reduce per hour (or mile) the more a piece of equipment is used. Is it the same with the multi million dollar aircraft?

I think I understand what you are saying.
Let's say my hanger costs $600.00 per month.
If I fly 1 hour a month, the cost is $600.00 per hour
If I fly 10 hours a month it would be $60.00 per hour
and for 100 hours, $6.00.
But what if I flew 0 (zero) hours per month...
