Hello,

I have seen a couple of issues of "Air Racing" magazine, published in the beginning of the 1970s. They contained some very interesting articles, even though the photo reproduction wasn't that great. Does anybody know when itwas published and how many issues there were. A pity it folded...

Is this the one you were thinking of?

I have several issues of one off or low production Air Racing mags.

I think my favorite was "Pistons & Pylons"

They do have some very interesting articles in them, and most covered

all the racing classes. All the best, RG

If you go to eBay and check item 3592073549 you will see one example. This looks like a periodical, not an annual.

It would be nice to make a list of all air racing magazines - I would be willing to host it on the IPMS Racing & Record Aircraft SIG website.

If you are interested, I just ran across the #1 issue in 1970 of Air Racing Aerobatics. I am listing it on ebay starting 7/23 for 3 days! It is a neat magazine, but I don't collect them.
